    He said duringthe lecture, whichwas attended bya large gathering oflawyersand legal advisersthat thelaw firmsin thekingdom,bythe timethe short termfor thepractice of the professionis stillin earlydevelopment, what is thepresentwe havea smallofficemostlybea lawyerone,andprevailuponthe centralpatternmanagement,wherethe lawyerinsometimesthe roleis far fromhis roleas a lawyerandconsumesmuchof his timeinadministrative matters,we hopeto change this situationis the presence ofan effectiveprofessionalpartnershipswith lawyerswhetherat homeorwith thelaw firmsfrom abroadso thatweproducein accordance with theadministrativeLaw officesmodernstyle.
    Dr. Najiwent onsayingthatlaw firmsoftendeal withhuman beings andnot withmachinery andgoods, therearebusinessesandindustry,dealingofficeswithregulatoryagencies(Ministry of Justice,the courts,the security authorities...etc),and customers,so theproduction lineinofficesarehuman resources,whichhave mastered thedeal withthese actors,and every officeunderthis systemrequires thatahighefficiencyofthe administrativeside,where hemastered theart of dealingwith the client,whichitself is aneed toinvolveprivateculture ofbeingon the side ofMali,as well asthemanagement ofthe workplace, includingthe magnitude of theofficesandsecretarialfilesand the requirements ofhospitality....etc.,these rolesare not doinganyonea lawyer,whose mission isthe production ofideas andadvocacy, counseling,has nosignificantdesktopMacsthat havespecialists.
    He said theoffice managementcurriculumis dividedinto several sections. In the firstsection ison "strategies" and the secondas "businessincome-generating"the third"office work"..In thisregard, thelawyersare doing30%of the activity ofthe Department ofstrategies,whilethey are60%ofincome-generatingbusinessrate,enteredthemin thebusiness officeby only10%,whilebears thehead of the office70% of thebusinessstrategiesand2545%inincome-generatingbusiness,and 5% of thebusiness office.. Incontrast,theother employeesnon-lawyersand thehead of the officeby 95% of theofficeand 2business5%inincome-generatingbusiness, and forthe samestrategies..forsenior management30%of strategies,and 10%inincome-generatingbusiness,and 60%in Businessthusoffice..Eachelementin the officeshouldknow thelocationof anycircle ofthese circuits,itis importantto leave thebusiness officeand financial planningprofessionalsinallfields.
    He said thelaw firmsfacein the framework ofitsexpansionoptions,andtherefore does not haveto take a decisionin this regardbased on thefinancial and administrativestatus andcapacity of, especially sinceallthreelawyersin the officeneed to bean administrativeoneregulatestheir business,
    He concluded by sayingthat thelaw firmsneedmechanisms to implement theadministrativeprinciplessupportedin the framework ofits activitiesin the provision oflegal advice,andprovideservice to customers,so allofficemustgoabsolutelytransparent,flexible andcentralizedrespectedspecialty,practicedevelopment andcontinuous trainingfor workersin the office,and that he hasorganizers of theBureauauthorization andfollow-upskills,and immediatecorrection,there is a differencebetween"a law firmand a lawyerhas an office."
